Lara Karmel is a twenty-nine-year-old Londoner, who has been working at

Karmel Foods for four years. She runs the digital side of the Annabel Karmel

business, whilst also working with brand partners. She loves travelling,

playing the violin, Woody Allen movies and Backgammon. Her real love is

food and lives for discovering new restaurants around the world. She loves

spending time with her family, close friends and her Maltipoo Cleo.
